Do you have experience developing and managing creative music programmes in diverse settings such as education, health, care and community organisations? If so, Sinfonia Viva has an exciting opportunity for you! We are currently seeking a Head of Creative Programmes to join our Senior Management Team.

As the Head of Creative Programmes, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality creative programmes that align with Sinfonia Viva's strategic objectives, mission, and commitment to inclusive practice. You will lead talented music leaders, producers freelance musicians, and artists, and work closely with partners and stakeholders to create engaging and meaningful experiences for participants.

In addition to overseeing the planning and execution of creative programs, you will also play a critical role in building and maintaining partnerships, managing budgets, producing evaluations and impact measurements, contributing to business planning and reporting, and serving as the designated safeguarding officer for the organisation.
